Roy Vallee, Avnet's chairman and chief executive officer, will be participating in a panel "International Insights, Initiatives & Impact" at the GTDC Investor Relations Conference to be held at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City on May 12, 2009 at 11:35 a.m. Eastern time.
Ray Sadowski, Avnet's chief financial officer, will be presenting at the Bank of America - Merrill Lynch Global Technology Conference to be held at the Westin Times Square in New York City on June 3, 2009.
