(NYSE:AVT) today announced it will host its 2007 Analyst Day at The Millennium Broadway Hotel on Monday, December 10, 2007 starting at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern) and concluding by 5:00 p.m, followed by a cocktail reception from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Presenting at the event will be Roy Vallee, Avnet's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Rick Hamada, Chief Operating Officer; Ray Sadowski, Chief Financial Officer; Harley Feldberg, President, Electronics Marketing; John Paget, President, Technology Solutions; and Vince Keenan, Vice President, Investor Relations.
