Rick Hamada, Avnet's chief executive officer, will participate in the
"CEO Distributor Panel: Focus on Convergence" at the Global Technology
Distribution Council (GTDC) Investor Conference at the Intercontinental
Barclay Hotel in New York City on May 2, 2012 at 11:40 a.m. Eastern
time. The GTDC is an industry consortium representing the world's
leading IT distributors.
Rick Hamada will also be presenting at the Bank of America - Merrill
Lynch 2012 Technology Conference to be held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in
San Francisco on May 8, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. Pacific time.
