Phil Gallagher, president, Avnet Technology Solutions, Global, will
participate in the "Distributor Panel Focusing on Europe" at the Global
Technology Distribution Council (GTDC) Investor Conference at the
Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City on May 10, 2011, at 9:20 a.m.
Eastern time. The GTDC is an industry consortium representing the
world's leading IT distributors.
Ray Sadowski, Avnet's chief financial officer, will be presenting at the
Bank of America - Merrill Lynch 2011 Technology Conference to be held at
the Crowne Plaza Times Square Hotel in New York City on June 1, 2011, at
11:45 a.m. Eastern time.
